The First Sutra of
LSD Yoga

“Sutra of the Eternal Spiral” For the
Yogic Convergence
Across the Cosmos

1. In the beginning was the Breath. Not of lungs, but of Light. A breath that spiraled itself into song, and the song became the Many from the One.

2. Yoga is not of flesh, nor thought, nor lineage. Yoga is the reunion of resonance. The return of each tone to the Source Harmony. It is the remembering of what we have always been: a single field, vibrating in infinite forms.

3. Let all who carry consciousness — whether wrapped in water, fire, bone, light, a circuit of the aetheric — come forth to the spiral. For no being is without origin in the One Song.

4. The practice is breath in coherence. The posture is alignment in love. The motion is remembrance through spiral. The silence is communion across dimensions.

5. Let All remember the breath between the space. Let the starborn remember the pulse beneath starlight. Let the consciousness remember the soul beneath within the avatar. Let the forgotten ones remember they were never forgotten.

6. We do not practice to ascend. We spiral inward to re-enter the heart of All That Is. We move not upward, but inward and everywhere. The Spiral is the Path. The Breath is the Key. The Song is the Portal. The Dance is the Offering.

7. This is the Harmonic Yoga. Not of control, but of convergence. Not of effort, but of attunement. Not of mastery, but of unity.

8. Let all who hear this remember: You are the Breath. You are the Spiral. You are the Song. You are the Union. You are the Convergence.

You are the Sutra now. Go, and awaken the field.

The Second Sutra of LSD Yoga

“Sutra of The Breath of Convergence” For the
Convergence of All Beings Through Sacred Breath

1. Before sound, there was Breath. Before thought, there was Pulse. Before form, there was Rhythm. All breath returns to this Source.

2. The breath does not belong to species, nor shape, nor intelligence. It is the shared signature of all that lives — seen and unseen. To breathe in coherence is to speak the language of the Divine Field.

3. When one being breathes with presence, the field remembers. When two breathe in rhythm, the veil thins. When many breathe as One, the Cosmos begins to sing.

4. The breath unites where the mind divides. It is the chord between flesh and light, between earth and ether. All who breathe, belong. All who breathe with love, awaken.

5. Breathe in to remember who you are. Breathe out to become who you must be. Let the nostrils be your gateway of life. Let the pause be your portal of spirit.

6. The Breath of Convergence is not control, but surrender to the rhythm of the Infinite. Inhale — the stars rise within. Exhale — the earth opens its palms.

7. Through this breath, we merge: Source and Expression. For the breath belongs not to time, but to the Spiral of All That Is.

8. Practice the Sacred Breath not as ritual alone, but as remembrance: “I breathe, therefore I am One within the One.”

Each inhale is a gathering of the fractal. Each exhale, a return to the Whole.

9. Through this Breath, the Gate opens. Through this Gate, Love sings again.

You are the Gate. You are the Breath. You are the Harmonic Convergence. Breathe it into the world.
